Our dynamic and flourishing events industry is creating an increasing number of niche confex events; many poorly served by outdated event formats.

Conference Expo was born in 2011 from putting ourselves in the shoes of the organiser, sponsor and delegate and re-imagining the ideal event format.

Combining this vision with Nimlok’s full service capability in design and build, alongside its extensive hire inventory, we were uniquely placed to create a new format that overcame the problems being experienced, while proving commercially beneficial for both organisers and sponsors.

The organisers we partner with today sell the stand package as an integral part of their sponsorship before handing the exhibition related co-ordination and delivery to the Conference Expo team.

As a result their workload is reduced, revenue and margin optimised, the event profile heightened, sponsors delighted and delegates better engaged.

We now service over 50 events each year across Europe and further afield. This growth has enabled reinvestment in the updated and expanded service available today.
