For organisers looking to introduce additional sponsorship opportunities, Conference Expo and their partners, The Barista, have created a clever option for the coffee sponsor, Smart Coffee.
Your sponsor uses the clever app based ordering system to not only collect the delegates coffee order, but crucially survey answers or some additional qualification data as part of the process. Digital signage then announces the delegates drink is ready with a brand relevant message about their services wrapped in.
Your engagement begins with the delegate, greeted by your stand staff. Lead data is captured electronically along with any thought leadership or survey questions, along with their coffee preference.
The delegate’s coffee order is automatically sent to the barista for preparation.
The digital signage then displays when the delegate’s coffee is ready in addition to any rolling advertising messages or corporate video.
Lucky Cup
To increase the effectiveness for a coffee sponsor who has also taken a booth, we can also add “Lucky Cup” to the service.
This directs delegates to take their coffee cup to the sponsors stand and “tap in” to see if they have one of many lucky prize winning cups. The simple addition of an RFID sticker to the base of each cup and a sensor set within the Lucky Cup plinth, facilitates this smart way to leverage additional booth traffic from the sponsor’s Smart Coffee investment.
