Conference Expo the leading prescribed format stand package for conference break out exhibitions, launched its new addition to the package family “Graphene” at Events-Events.
The exclusive event welcomed over 300 senior industry leaders as they gathered to re-energise their strategy whilst also sharing insights uncovered by a panel of high calibre speakers.
The new “Graphene” tier was created in response to the growing demand from organisers to create premium top tier sponsorship packages to extract the most revenue from their sponsorship whilst providing substance to their top tiers. It features the largest display at over 4.5m wide as well as a semi enclosed meeting area.
In addition to showcasing the new stand tier at Events-Events, we also questioned organisers using our interactive coin slot survey about their sponsor’s additional investment beyond the sponsorship fee. We asked them to consider the additional investment sponsors must make in organising their own display at breakout exhibitions where they have to “bring their own”.
Most organisers answered £750-£1200 when questioning the average cost of participation for their sponsors and agreed that from just £665 per fully managed stand, Conference Expo represents genuine value for their clients. Beyond that, it allows plenty of scope for organisers’ margin whilst still reducing sponsors Total Cost of Participation.
