We were proud to sponsor the Events Events, a dedicated one day summit that brought together over 300 conference and event professionals. Working alongside the summit organiser, we provided a hassle free alternative to sponsors bringing their own displays and delivered an open format to encourage networking.
During the event, we asked conference organisers to consider the exhibiting costs faced by their sponsors when independently organising their own stand and logistics. Our ‘Total cost of Participation’ survey encouraged them to think about these elements and estimate their sponsors spend. Presented with three price brackets, over 96% of organisers voted for the highest spend category of £800+, reinforcing that from just £665 per stand, Conference Expo represents genuine sponsor value.
The event was a great success, and provided ample opportunity to meet with, and share triumphs and challenges with conference and event professionals.
